Staff
Staff
At least two members of staff are employed each session. Staff hold the relevant qualifications as laid down by the Children's Act 1989, Ofsted National Standards, and other current guidelines. All staff, committee members and regular volunteers are CRB-checked. Details of individual staff qualifications can be supplied on request. In addition, on-going training is available through Pre-School Learning Alliance courses, which are available to both staff and parents/carers. It is the group's policy that all staff attend the required courses laid down by Ofsted, and to encourage staff to apply for any other advantageous courses as they arise.
Sam Turvey - Pre-School Supervisor
Sam recently joined us at Haughley Pre-School, having accepted the post of Supervisor in April 2007.
